Each apartment includes a washer and dryer. Rent includes utilities and maintenance, as well as cable television and high speed Internet service.
There are numerous apartments and houses for rent in the Atlanta area, ranging from budget to luxury and from right next to campus to in the suburbs. Depending upon your desired amenities and location, price will vary greatly. Currently, about 63% of ChBE graduate students live in off-campus apartments, 12% live in condominiums or townhouses, and 15% live in houses. Popular neighborhoods are Midtown, Buckhead, and Home Park.
