Biography
Research Interests:
- Polymer reaction engineering—the mathematical modeling, kinetics, reactor design, optimization and control of polymer systems
- Dispersed phase polymerization—experimental investigations into emulsion, miniemulsion, suspension, microsuspension, and inverse miniemulsion systems for the production of plastics, rubber, adhesives, coatings and water-soluble polymers
- Chemical evolution—the application of the principles of polymer reaction engineering to the evolution of the polymers of life in the prebiotic world
